MORGAN HILL, CA – Prism Electronics has been acquired by FC Group Invest for an undisclosed sum, according to reports.
The co-founders and directors of the electronics manufacturer are retiring, passing ownership to the Swedish-UK investors.

Directors David Aspinall, Richard Walton and Richard Vyse will remain with the business during the transition.
Dave Dawson will continue to lead day-to-day operations, working with the new owners.
