NANNING, CHINA – United Time Technology (UTime) and the People's Government of Jiangnan District in Nanning City signed an investment agreement for UTime to establish 20,000 sq. m. manufacturing facilities for a line of smart telecom devices here.

The company is expected to invest approximately RMB150 million (US$23.3 million) to build and operate the Nanning Production Base, with six Siemens Series D surface mount lines, eight mobile phone assembly lines and two or three smart wearables production lines. In addition to mobile phones, UTime plans to produce smart wearables.

In exchange for this investment, the Jiangnan government agreed to provide certain economic incentives to the company to support its operations.
