MALAGA, SPAIN -- A subsidiary of Sky One France has acquired EMS provider Malaga Aerospace Defense & Electronics Systems SAU (MADES) from American Industrial Acquisition Corp. (AIAC).

Terms were not disclosed.

MADES is an electronics manufacturing services provider serving the high-reliability defense, commercial aviation and industrial markets. It employs about 100 workers.

AIAC had acquired Malaga Aerospace Defense & Electronics Systems from Raytheon in 2019. It was founded in 1990 as part of Hughes Microelectronics. In 1997, it was acquired by Raytheon as part of its purchase of Hughes Aircraft.
