BRONSCHHOFEN, SWITZERLAND - Cicor Group expects sales growth of some 30% in the first half of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, as a result of acquisitions and management of supply chain and other market challenges.

The ratio of new orders to sales is expected to be well above one, which means Cicor can also expect business to continue to grow in the second half-year and the entire 2022 financial year.

In addition to double-digit organic growth, the integration of the newly acquired Axis Electronics and SMT Elektronik will especially contribute to Cicor’s sales growth. First-half sales were CHF 116.7 million (US$120.8 million).

EBITDA is also expected to increase, although the passing on of additional costs from component procurement to customers and the time-delayed passing on of cost increases to AS Division customers are likely to lead to some margin dilution, the firm says.
