TEMPE, AZ – Amtech Systems reported $30.7 million in revenue for the third quarter of its fiscal year, a 54% increase from the same quarter last year.

The company said the increase from the prior year is primarily attributable to additional revenue of $7.2 million from Entrepix and increased shipments of its high temperature belt furnaces.
