KOCHI, INDIA -- SFO Technologies, a subsidiary of the NeST Group, plans to issue an initial public offering in the next two years, according to the company.
SFO Technologies, which is among the largest electronics ODMs in India, plans to use the funds to pay for expansion.
SFO Technologies has revenues of Rs 2,500 crore in the past financial year and exhibits a growth rate of 12% year-over-year. The release said the company has set aside around Rs 800 crore during the next three years towards major expansion plans.
The company supplies to the aerospace and defense, communications, energy and industrial, healthcare and transportation industries.
It has facilities in Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Mysore and Pune in India.
