VANCOUVER, WA – Jabil plans to close its site here in May and lay off 120 workers.
The company notified Washington officials of the pending layoffs on Friday, but did not disclose any additional information.
In August, Jabil announced the divestiture of its Chinese electronic components manufacturing business in a $2.2 billion sale to BYD Electronic. Later in the year, the company announced a $300 million restructuring plan that would include job cuts, but shared no further information about the cuts.
