BIÑAN, PHILIPPINES – Integrated Micro-Electronics has announced the appointment of Louis Sylvester Hughes as its new CEO, effective May 1.

Hughes has a rich and extensive global C-suite experience in sales, engineering sourcing and operations, and his 25 years of engagement in the global EMS industry centered on automotive and medical manufacturing, consumer electronics, sales, and supply chain management, IMI said in a release.

The company said Hughes is poised to lead IMI into its next chapter, leading the company with the same level of dedication, innovation, and excellence that is expected by its customers and stakeholders.
