SUNNYVALE, CA – Ingrasys Technology, a subsidiary of Foxconn specializing in servers and storage systems, has purchased a 26.3-acre tech campus here for $128 million.

The six-building campus features a combined 313,700 sq. ft. of office space, and was previously owned by Fujitsu before Lane Partners bought the site in 2020, SiliconValley.com reported.

Ingrasys designs and develops products for artificial intelligence systems, network communications and cloud-based data storage.
