BANGKOK – Fabrinet reported record quarterly results and raised its outlook for the third quarter as demand accelerated across telecom, datacom and high-performance computing programs.
Revenue reached $1.13 billion, up 36% year over year and 16% sequentially, marking the fastest growth rate since the company went public.
Telecom revenue increased 59% year over year, while high-performance computing revenue rose to $86 million as new production lines entered volume manufacturing. Management said momentum from these programs is expected to continue into the current quarter.
For the third quarter, Fabrinet forecast revenue of $1.15 billion to $1.2 billion, citing strong visibility across most end markets despite softer automotive demand. The company is continuing to expand capacity, including a major new manufacturing facility scheduled for completion in late 2026.
