HELSINKI -- Incap's electronics manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania has temporarily suspended operations following a power outage caused by severe storms in the region.

The outage forced the company to close the facility on June 8, halting production until electrical service can be restored. Incap said the timing of power restoration remains uncertain and production restart plans will depend on local conditions.

The EMS provider has activated contingency procedures and is working with customers to assess potential impacts on deliveries. The company said it is developing mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and resume operations as quickly as possible.

At this time, Incap does not expect the temporary closure to have a significant financial impact on the company but said it will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
