ATLANTA -- East West Manufacturing has acquired electronics manufacturing services provider Vexos, expanding its engineering, manufacturing and supply chain capabilities while increasing its presence across the Americas and Asia.

The acquisition adds Vexos' operations in the US, Canada, Mexico, China and Vietnam to East West's global manufacturing network. The combined company will offer expanded support across the product lifecycle, from design and industrialization through manufacturing, fulfillment and global delivery.

Vexos brings expertise in high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing and serves regulated industries including medical, aerospace and AI data centers. East West said the transaction strengthens its integrated manufacturing solutions strategy by increasing engineering resources, manufacturing capacity and supply chain capabilities while broadening the services available to customers.
