SIEVI, FINLAND -- Scanfil reported second-quarter revenue of approximately $303 million, up 28% from $237 million a year earlier, while first-half revenue increased 23% to approximately $571 million from $462 million. Organic growth was 4% in the second quarter and 5% for the first six months of the year.

The EMS provider said recent acquisitions MB Elettronica and ADCO Circuits contributed to growth, while its operations in the Americas delivered particularly strong results, with profitability more than doubling from the prior-year period. Scanfil also secured approximately $84 million in new project wins during the quarter and continued to expand its aerospace and defense business.

The company said it maintained customer deliveries despite tighter component availability and geopolitical uncertainty, citing its diversified supplier network and proactive sourcing strategy. Scanfil also noted its largest customer represented less than 10% of second-quarter revenue, reflecting a more diversified customer base.

Scanfil maintained its full-year 2026 outlook, forecasting revenue of approximately $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion.
