BANGKOK -- A subsidiary of Fabrinet has acquired a Santa Clara, CA, office campus in an all-cash deal worth $76.9 million. 

The three buildings on Bunker Hill Lane comprise about 225,000 square feet. The contract manufacturer also owns a building on nearby Patrick Henry Drive, also through a subsidiary. The Thailand-based company has locations around the globe.

HONG KONG -- Kingboard Holdings is reporting a net profit of HK$2.7 billion for the six months ended June 30. This marks a 4% increase over the same period last year, and is primarily driven by its laminate business, which saw profit growth of more than 200% amid strong demand and shortages of laminates and other materials.

Kingboard management believes this profit growth is the result of an increase in laminate sales volume and higher selling prices. 

WASHINGTON, DC -- North American EMS shipments in June 2026 rose 6.7% year-over-year, and 15.1% over the previous month. June’s year-to-date shipments increased by 7.4% YoY, and the June EMS book-to-bill stands at 1.33.

EMS bookings in June increased 29.3% year-over-year and 6.6% from the previous month. June’s year-to-date bookings increased by 5.0% YoY.
