JASPER, IN – Kimball International today reported fourth-quarter net sales of $290.6 million, up 7% compared to the same quarter in 2009. Gross profit was $44.8 million, down a slight 1% year-over-year.

Net sales in the fourth quarter increased 22% year-over-year in the EMS segment to $186.5 million.

Quality Electronics Manufacturing is an AS9100-certified manufacturer specializing in production of custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.

No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.
