Seika Rolls Out Sayaka SAM-CT3SLA Dry Slicer
Seika Machinery's Sayaka SAM-CT3SLA semi-auto desktop dry slicer is designed to meet prototyping and high-mix/low-volume production needs.
Offers automated cut position feeding that significantly enhances operation efficiency by reducing manual intervention. Features user-friendly touch display to simplify programming and setup, and eliminates the need for V-scoring, preventing sagging during reflow and ensuring PCB integrity. Is said to be able to achieve smooth and precise cuts, which eliminates the need for additional finishing, and minimizes stress on PCBs to protect components and ensure reliability with over 500µ-strain. Specifications include a standard maximum PCB-holding length of 196mm, extendable to 296mm, and a board length capacity of 330mm. Can accommodate board thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 2.0mm, supports materials such as FR-4 and CEM-3, and has a component height limit of 47mm on the upper face and 10mm on the bottom face, including PCB thickness.
