GERMANY / SUDBURY, MA – DELO reported $265 million in revenue, up 7% year-over-year, setting a new company record despite global economic volatility. Asia accounted for 56% of total revenue, making it DELO’s largest regional market, with additional strong growth from Brazil and India.
JASPER, IN – Kimball Electronics reported its third quarter results, showing a 12% decline in net sales to $374.6 million, compared to $425 million last year. Operating income rose to $11.7 million, reversing last year's loss of $6.4 million, while adjusted operating income remained steady at 4.2%. The company also reported a positive net income of $3.8 million, compared to a loss of $6.1 million in Q3 2024.
CALGARY, AB – Kaynes Technology India Limited has announced the acquisition of Canada-based August Electronics through its subsidiary, Kaynes Canada Limited. The transaction is expected to close by the end of May, pending regulatory approvals.
