PanaCIM Enterprise Edition MES software version 8.1 release has expanded functionality. Is beneficial for LED applications. Offline feeder and cart setup has been augmented to reinforce correct component reel-to-feeder and feeder-to-cart locations before production commences. All modules now support Japanese; other languages can be added. Visual control panel of the production monitoring and dispatch module can be customized for site-specific needs. Enterprise link module now permits more exportable real-time data to keep third-party ERP/MRP systems updated.

Permabond 820 instant adhesive resists temperature ranges up to 200ºC (390ºF). Is a modified ethyl cyanoacrylate that has a fast fixture time. Ideal for bonding components in position on dual-sided PCBs prior to wave soldering. Is colorless, with a viscosity of 100cPs. Adheres to different substrates.

MT9928 gravity handler now comes with dedicated set up to permit temperature sensors calibration. Is said to meets calibration equipment requirements with a temperature accuracy of ±1.0°C and a temperature stability of ±0.2°C. Continuously monitors temperature stability of the DUT environment during the test time. Consists of dedicated handler contact unit holder (CUH) and Multitest contactor. Comes on MT9928 and MT9928XM models.
