Series CLD electrically heated cabinet ovens are for use in a Class 100 cleanroom environment for drying coatings onto PCBs. Maximum operating temperature is 260°C and workspace dimensions are 36" x 36" x 39". A 20 KW total heat input is installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements. A 10,000 cfm, 1-1/2 hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the workload, inside 4" insulated walls. Features stainless steel interior with continuously welded seams, stainless steel door cover and control panel face plate, and safety devices required for handling flammable solvents, including explosion-venting door hardware. Includes a 30" x 24" x 6" thick stainless steel high-temperature HEPA recirculating air filter. Has a digital indicating temperature controller and SCR power controller.

VHX-1000 digital microscope features real-time, 16-bit imaging resolution. Brightness range has been increased from 256 levels to 65,536 levels. 3CCD color clarity has increased from 16 million to over 2.8 trillion colors. Has double’r automatic lens/zoom recognition system; recognizes, in real time, which lens is mounted to the camera, as well as the current magnification. Calibration adjustment is automatic with magnification changes. Depth-of-field reportedly is at least 20X greater than conventional microscopes. Has a depth from defocus function. Includes a pixel-shift actuator; achieves ultra-high resolution images of up to 54 million pixels. Has a flicker-free progressive scan method and new graphics engine. Includes high-resolution RZ zoom lenses, with up to 5000X magnification. Has the capability of real-time stitching of 2D and 3D images up to 10,000 x 10,000 pixels.
