Basic Laser BLS 01 inline laser marking system marks codes, images and clear text directly into solder resist. Laser and galvo head are mounted above a conveyor on a programmable X/Y gantry. Clamps and secures PCB while laser is moved to preprogrammed XY positions and content is marked. Can be configured as an inline system or with a loader and offloader as a marking island.

Statshield Smocks are groundable static control garments tested per ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007 requirements. Shield electrostatic charges on clothing from ESD-susceptible items. Long sleeves have conductive knitted cuffs that provide skin contact for grounding in place of wrist straps. Hip-to-cuff grounding permits connection of a coil cord to a workstation ground point for “hands-free” grounding. A tab secures badge holders. Include two sleeve pen pockets. Are polyester with min. 9% carbon conductive nylon fibers woven in chain-link design. Provide panel-to-panel conductivity for continuous charge dissipation.
