The Bath Analyzer bath concentration-monitoring tool is said to help eliminate unreliable bath control measurements. An alternative to refractive index, is said to be almost as accurate as gas chromatography. Total process time is about 10 min.; cooling the cleaning bath first is not required. Reportedly minimizes overall consumption of cleaning bath by maintaining the concentration at the initially required values.

Has a 0.001 to 10 sec. cycle time range, settable in 0.001 second increments. Is said to be ideal for actuating valves in high-volume production processes.
