Servo-Flo 608 meter system is designed to meter-mix and dispense two-component materials for high-speed dispensing. Has a positive rod displacement design. Can dispense large volumes of material without reloading. Also has dual servo drive motors useful for adjusting or using more than one material formulation. Operator-adjustable ratios and preset volumes. Changing metering tubes to change ratio is eliminated. Dispenses two-part urethanes, epoxies, silicones and acrylics in temperature-controlled robotic and manual applications. Is designed to dispense up to 200 g/sec. (at 1:1 ratio). Can vary target ratio by a factor up to 10 times and typically handles up to 1,000 parts per hr.

Duralco 125 “stress free" epoxy forms a flexible, electrically conductive bond for continuous use to 400ºF. Is said to be ideal for manufacturing and repairing flexible circuits, solder replacement, bonding semiconductors, EMI shielding, thermistors, wire tacking, heating elements, assembling, and electronics. Offers 400ºF service and reportedly provides good electrical conductivity, high bond strength, thermal and mechanical shock resistance, adhesion to dissimilar substrates and excellent chemical resistance. Hand-held applicator is said to dispense with pinpoint accuracy the mixture epoxy that cures at room temperature (16-24 hrs. at 75ºF; 20 min. at 200ºF) with no objectionable odors. Eliminates mixing, measuring, excess waste and messy cleanup. Is silver-based and resistant to moisture, chemicals and solvents.

Sarcon GR-Fd thermal interface gap filler pad is a gel-like material manufactured with an integrated nylon mesh layer that is said to prevent distortion and stretching during die-cut operations. Is said to be easier to install. Reportedly will transfer heat with a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/m°K and a thermal resistance ranging between 0.60 and 3.33°C in2/W, depending on material thickness, when placed between a heat source and a nearby heat sink. Flame retardant TIM is available in nine thicknesses ranging from 0.50 to 5 mm in sheets up to 300 x 200 mm.
