The autoplacer pick-and-place machine has over 300 feeders onboard to maximize flexibility and reduce or eliminate changeover times. Multiple jobs can be run on the placement machine without the need to stop to change feeders during production.
Can place components from 0201s to 55 x 55 mm at up to 21,600 c/h without a fine pitch placer or chip shooter.
BLISS STAT blue static dissipative work surface mats, made of a three-layer vinyl material, are designed for desks, tables and other surfaces susceptible to ESD damage. Now available in three sizes: 12 x 18", 18 x 26" and 20 x 27". All mat sizes typically ship within four weeks.
The matting passes flammability tests because it is made of polyvinyl chloride with additional flame retardant additives.
EVP-750 bare board loading station can be positioned at the front of the line or after a magazine line loader. Designed to load stacks of up to 170 PCBs or pass PCBs through from the line loader.
