WILLIAMSPORT, PA -- Primus Technologies Corp. announces that Frank Pellegrino (17% shareholder), after 23 years of service, is leaving the Company to pursue other ventures outside of the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.

Mr. Pellegrino served as Primus' Vice President of Sales & Marketing and as Corporate Secretary.

Chris Sullivan, Chairman and CEO of Primus said, "We wish Frank well in his new endeavors and thank him for his many years of service."
