Tru-Vue series compact, low-cost sensors feature side- or snout-mount options and highly visible 360° LED indicators for status indication in all directions and from poor vantage points.

Suited for material handling, conveyor and assembly applications. Can be surface mounted or mounted like 18-mm cylindrical sensors by the threaded nose. Compact housing and 29-mm housing depth make them flexible. Enhanced status LEDs provide diagnostic functions beyond power and output status.

Available sensing modes include diffused, polarized retro-reflective and non-polarized retro-reflective.  Five electrical connection options are available, including cabled, and both pig-tailed and integral connector types. Standard versions have sensitivity adjustments, but tamper proof models are also available to eliminate adjustments by unauthorized personnel.

EUV-700 in-line, conveyorized UV curing station incorporates Fusion F300 version "D" lamps. Has a standard focal distance of 2.1" above the product, which produces a 1" wide curing zone. To accommodate component heights, the lamp housings may be indexed in the z direction (2.1 to 5") to prevent the possibility of overexposure for taller components. Each 6" long UV section is selectable through the system's Touch Screen. This energy saving feature allows operators to only turn on and use the desired width range needed. Selectable width ranges are 6, 12 and 18".

Equipped with safety side doors and multi-stage in-line conveyor integrated into special touch panel controls. Operators can set desired cure times through a variable speed drive located in the center section of the station under the UV lamps. Product transfers on 3 mm edge contact to fit a wide range of applications.

S510 Semiconductor Reliability Test System is a high channel count, turnkey solution for reliability testing and lifetime modeling of ULSI CMOS processes at the 65 nm node and beyond. Said to provide a high degree of wafer-level reliability (WLR) test throughput and flexibility, reducing the time to assess reliability and to perform lifetime modeling. Can also be used for production WLR monitoring or as a lab parametric test system.

The fully automated, multi-channel parallel reliability test system features scalable channel counts from 20 to 72 channels, an independent stress/measure channel for each structure and simultaneous measurement across all channels. Can test multiple devices simultaneously on a wafer in conjunction with a semi-automatic or fully automatic probe station.

Metallic Static Shield Polyethylene Tubing on a roll allows users to create custom-sized poly bags that inhibit electrostatic discharge (ESD).

Laboratory tested; meets or exceeds the electrical and physical requirements of MIL-PRF-81705D Type III and EIA 541 standards. Protects electronics, switchboard apparatus, PCBs, transistors and other sensitive components from EDS damge.

Joins a full line of rolled poly tubing, including clear, black and pink anti-static styles. When used with the Better Bagger 900e, can be cut and sealed to create custom, on-demand bags up to 8" wide and 99" long. Customization can produce lengths up to 240".

Manufacturers can eliminate the need to order pre-made bags in bulk, thus reducing waste and inventory cost. Depending upon the application, the cost of making on-demand bags can average 50% less than the cost of purchasing pre-made bags.

DEK has introduced Setup Verification and Traceability for screen printing, to prevent setup errors, maximize screen printing productivity and gather data for continuous improvement. Optional features also now allow manufacturers to achieve board-level traceability.

Includes software and hardware to automatically identify the stencil, paste and other setup variables as the machine is prepared. Verification compares the actual values with those specified in the product file, and can be programmed to halt the machine before printing commences or generate a warning in event of an error. Software supports 1-D and 2-D barcodes, and all data is recorded for analysis.

The optional traceability module and conveyor-mounted barcode reader identify each board entering the machine and link the board ID with the setup verification data, which is stored on the machine's hard drive. This delivers board-level traceability for screen printing.

Records setup variables, as well as ambient temperature and humidity, operator identity and line identity. Data is accessible via a network connection, can be copied onto removable media and can be used as input to statistical process control tools.
