Indian Subsidiary of GOEPEL electronic celebrates anniversary
Customers and employees of the GOEPEL electronic subsidiary settled in Balgalore had a reason to be pleased. The GOEPEL electronics India Pvt. Ltd. Celebrated the 5 th anniversary of the Indian branch.
The subsidiary is a GOEPEL electronic “Center of Expertise” and is responsible for sales and project planning, service and support. The focus is on products and solutions for testing ECUs, car seats and electronic assemblies. The Bangalore site plays an important role in the global network of branch offices and support centers. In addition to India, also China, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines are covered.
As part of the Ceremony, Managing Director of the Automotive Testing Solutions department at GOEPEL electronic Jörg Schneider personally congratulated the head of the branch, Sandeep Reddy Cherukupalli. In addition to the employees, customers and partners from the international automotive and supplier industries were also invited.
The Indian branch was founded in 2012 due to increasing growth in the automotive sector as well as stronger international focus of GOEPEL electronic. Earlier, subsidiaries were already opened in the USA, China and the UK. Since its founding, the number of employees at the Bangalore site has grown to eight.
India is considered an important market for the automotive sector. A growing middle class and low vehicle density offer great potential for automotive manufacturers. Among the BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China) India has the strongest growth forecast for the coming years according to market analyzes.
