High-speed 3D SPI with Enhanced Functionality

Koh Young will also display enhanced 3D SPI systems including the world’s fastest 3D SPI - the KY8030-3. It will also introduce a high-precision, integrated dispensing system for the KY8030-3. When configured with the Auto Repair option, the KY8030-3 enhances first pass yield and reduces costs.
