This award reinforces the innovative and valuable partnership between Hanwha and ESE.

The new ESE US-2000XF boasts auto-changeover of up to 8 stencils, under-board support tooling in less than three (3) minutes for maximum efficiency, and lowest cost of operation.  It also offers solder paste collect/hold/re-apply function for minimizing waste, bar code recognition for setup verification, optional paperless cleaning (with environmentally friendly quick change-out cartridges that can be replaced is less than 5-seconds), and optional auto paste dispensing from one or two low profile jar type containers.

The US-2000XF isn’t just another printer, it is a state-of-the-art and advanced technology which will lead to higher productivity, maximize change-over efficiency, and help implement Industry 4.0 and Smart factory.

WNIE editors awarded Hanwha with Most Innovative Product after seeing the printer in action at IPC APEX EXPO 2018 at the San Diego Convention Center last month.  Currently Hanwha/ESE printing and pick-n-place systems are available for demonstrations at Hanwha’s world class Center of Excellence in Cypress, CA.
