William was invited to present this paper at the 1st SMTA China Oscar Paper 2018 after it was voted one of the Top 5 Most Popular Technical Papers. SMTA’s selection criteria was focused on intelligence, high reliability, and the content being in line with the transformation needs of Chinese electronics manufacturing companies, such as product solutions for the automotive, security, communications, medical and military/aerospace markets.
