Durandette joins Naprotek with more than 18 years in the industry from highly-respected companies, including Plexus Corporation, Benchmark Electronics and Agilent Technologies.

With a wealth of international manufacturing, design and quality experience, Durandette has a track record of yielding significantly improved business results. His expertise includes the analysis of business data to drive decision-making, customer relationship management, root cause analysis and problem solving.  

Durandette has a strong background in new product introduction (NPI) and ramp stabilization, as well as R&D effectiveness and efficiency improvements using project and program management. Also, he is experienced in ISO-9001, ISO-13485, IATF-16949 and ISO-17025 implementation and auditing, as well as LEAN and Six Sigma improvements in high-mix manufacturing.
