The course is designed to ensure that your team has the tools and training they need to provide the type of service that ensures clients for life.
In the highly competitive electronics industry, the knowledge and skills of staff directly responsible for client services and program management can make or break the bottom line. The training program, developed with input from the IPC EMS Management Council, teaches and tests on specific skills for EMS program managers such as operations, finance, contract, and time management and leadership skills.
Zelina joined the Libra Industries team nearly 30 years ago as a hand solder technician. During this tenure, Zelina has held positions of increasing responsibility including mechanical assembly, test, SMT operator, component engineer, and supervisor of component engineering and documentation control.
