Hover-Davis, the global leader in the design and manufacture of electronic component and media delivery solutions, will celebrate its 30 year anniversary at IPC APEX Expo in San Diego, CA on January 29-31 where it will display its latest feeder and material automation solutions.

Known as The Feeder Company, Hover-Davis will demonstrate its legendary suite of surface mount component tape feeders, and AXIUM Series label and material feeders for Panasonic, SIPLACE, JUKI, FUJI and many other electronics assembly equipment systems.

Through its distribution partnership with CCL Design, Hover-Davis provides customers with a complete identification and material automation package, including premium auto-apply labels and masking materials bundled with AXIUM Series feeders as a single source, fully supported solution.  Combined with CAB SQUIX Series 600dpi industrial thermal transfer printers, the solution can reliably automate hi-temperature identification and masking material applications as small as 3mm x 3mm using existing assembly equipment resulting in increased throughput, improved accuracy and reduced labor cost.

CCL Design, formerly Nortec, will display its advanced identification and masking materials for printed circuit board applications, including high-temperature Polyimide labels, Laser-Markable labels and solder/coating masks that are designed for automation using Hover-Davis AXIUM feeders.

Hover-Davis will also display its expanded line of proven component, tray, tube, radial and wafer feeders available for OEM and special automation machine applications. Hover-Davis automation feeders utilize the company’s proven original design technology with a wide range of interface and control options to provide a reliable, drop-in integration solution for any automation system application.

Show special pricing packages and promotional offers will be available.  Visit Hover-Davis in booth #2308 and CCL Design in booth #4225 at IPC APEX Expo in San Diego.
