Plymouth, WI — March 2019 — Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, today announced plans to exhibit at the SMTA Empire Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the Holiday Inn Syracuse in Liverpool, NY. Company representatives will discuss Ersa’s wave solder and reflow equipment.

With the POWERFLOW N2 Wave Soldering System, Ersa presents the ultimate solution for demanding lead-free wave soldering processes. This high-end product is based on a system concept with numerous future oriented and intelligent solutions, which will provide substantial added value to its users.

With its intelligent controls, the motor-driven fluxer is able to selectively flux specific portions of the printed circuit board. The modular, individually configurable preheat concept ensures a high rate of heat transfer. A multitude of wave formers guarantee excellent solder result regardless of the application.

Since their introduction into the market nearly 30 years ago, Ersa reflow ovens have been setting the industry standard for high-end reflow machines. The current HOTFLOW series marks the benchmark - with 25 percent savings in total energy and 20 percent reduced N2 consumption. The flagship Ersa HOTFLOW 4/26 provides 26 zones and a process length of more than 7 meters. The smallest reflow oven - the HOTFLOW 4/8 - achieves eight zones and 3.26 meter process length.
