Europlacer Americas will demonstrate its most popular placement platform on booth #1023 at SMTA International. The company recently delivered its 500th iineo machine.

The Europlacer SMTAi booth will feature the latest iineo+ machine. With 264 positions for 8mm tapes and reels plus 10 full JEDEC trays, the platform provides the industry’s largest on-machine inventory. Electrical test verification is also included as standard on iineo+ machines.

Europlacer is also announcing cost-reduced popular options for the iineo platform, including its Track Pack solution that provides auto-width rail adjust, integrated 2D traceability and analytics, and off-line programming capability that includes off-line vision with networked parts library and Aegis FLX-NPI.

Of topical relevance to the LED lighting sector is the very large board capability of iineo machines, with capacity to handle boards up to 24 inches in width and 63 inches in length.
