HOWELL, MI — October 2019 — Horizon Sales, the Midwest’s most trusted source for electronics assembly and soldering equipment and supplies, is pleased to announce that it hosted more than 30 visitors at its Horizon Tech Days event that took place October 23-24 at the company’s office and warehouse in Brighton, MI.

Attendees traveled to the event from Ohio, Illinois and Florida and met with factory representatives and technical support personnel from PARMI Corp., Insituware and Scienscope. Additionally, company experts presented up-to-the-minute information about SPI, AOI and X-ray component counting as well as semiautomatic stencil cleaning. Lunch was served to all in attendance.

The demonstration equipment will remain in the facility for some time, allowing manufacturing and engineering personnel unable to attend the two-day event to try it out.

Many attendees brought sample products with them that were programmed and tested on the spot. This valuable hands-on experience is rivaled only by visiting the factories directly. Customers also had the opportunity to tour the Horizon Supply warehouse, viewing the array of supplies and materials that are on hand and available for immediate delivery.

“This Tech Days event was successful and we are planning another one for Spring 2020,” said Dave Trail, President. “Many customers and attendees commented that the timing of this even was ideal for year-end budgets and Q4 shipments.”

In business for more than 25 years, Horizon supplies state-of-the-art equipment and supplies to its customers, helping them to achieve best-in-class status in their respective markets. Horizon Sales represents the mid-western states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania, Illinois, Eastern Iowa, Wisconsin and Florida.  For more information, visit www.horizonsales.com.
