July 13, 2020. San Miguel de Allende, Mex. Bowman Mexico, and RAISA, its distributor, have announced they will supply a comprehensive line of Reference Standards for all benchtop and hand-held XRF plating measurement systems. Reference standards are a critical quality control tool for any manufacturer of products that are plated, and for contract plating shops that serve both manufacturers, and the printed circuit board / semiconductor industry.
According to Rob Coleman, Sales Manager for North America, Bowman Mexico will stock, for rapid availability, standards for ENIG and ENEPIG, (two common high-tech plating finishes) as well as thin precious metals, percent phosphorus, electroless nickel, chrome, zinc-nickel, and other common alloys. The company will also provide custom standards.
Bowman Mexico has a fully staffed sales organization for Bowman XRF plating measurement systems, and a service and repair facility for all major makes and models of XRFs. In addition to new reference standards, Bowman Mexico re-certifies reference standards for every XRF instrument.
The Bowman Mexico team and RAISA have several decades experience in metal finishing and finishing quality control. For more information, contact Radiacion Aplicada a la Industria, S.A. de C.V.
