Heraeus Receives Excellent Supplier of the Year Award
Hanau, Germany, 27 April 2021 – Heraeus Electronics, a leading supplier of materials solutions for packaging technology, received the Excellent Supplier of the Year 2020 Award from Tianshui HT-Tech, a leading semiconductor assembly and testing company, based in China.
On 21 April 2021, the award was presented in recognition of Heraeus Electronics’ long-lasting relationship as a reliable strategic partner, its contribution to HT-Tech’s rapid market growth, and its symbiosis with HT-Tech’s business. In the last decade it was the first time that HT-Tech honored a materials provider.
Huang Kelin, Senior Sales Manager, accepted the award on behalf of Heraeus Electronics during a technology day campaign at HT-Tech to share current and future developments in the semiconductor packaging industry with the company’s procurement, production, R&D, and engineering community. “It is an honor and privilege to receive this award as the only wire supplier”, said Huang Kelin.
Heraeus Electronics provides HT-Tech with Au/Cu bonding wires, assembly materials solder wires, silver sinter pastes, and solder pastes for die attach and advanced packaging.
