Ms. Ding is responsible for driving Hernon’s business development initiatives in China. She is especially skilled in business strategy, leadership and project management, and joins Hernon with ties to the manufacturing industry from her time at Graco and Ingersoll Rand.

At Ingersoll Rand, Ding lead, managed and directed all product management related activities for their regional portfolio of products. At Graco, she defined China-based market opportunities not yet served by Asia Pacific divisions and engaged those opportunities to broaden Graco’s market share in China.

Ding resides in Shanghai, is bi-lingual in Chinese and English, and has more than 19 years of professional experience working in Marketing and Business Development. She holds a Bachelor of Law from East China University of Politics & Law in International Economics Law, and a Master of Arts from Peking University in Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communications.

Ding is sharp with a quick wit and a professionally persistent manner of getting the job done. She enjoys taking quirky quizzes and has a penchant for technical explanations. Ding is the tip of the spear for Hernon’s expansion into the Chinese market where she provides cultural insight and practical industry knowledge in addition to a local presence.
