ART Hybrid 3D AOI System

The ART Hybrid 3D AOI System is the world’s first 75MP Multi- Camera / FULL HD 12 Projection 3D AOI System. It combines five 15MP CoaXPress Color Cameras with MIRTEC’s exclusive FULL HD 12 Projection Digital Blue Moiré Technology, ensuring precision 3D inspection of finished PCB assemblies. This system excels in inspecting reflective objects, particularly solder joints, making it ideal for high-end industries such as automotive electronics, aerospace, and defense.

MV-6 OMNI 3D AOI System

MIRTEC will display two configurations of the Award-Winning MV-6 OMNI 3D AOI System, both featuring a 15MP High-Resolution CoaXPress main camera, an 18MP SideView Camera System, and MIRTEC’s exclusive 3D Digital Blue Moiré Projection Technology. One configuration includes the TAL 3D SCAN, a 3D laser scanner attachment capable of inspecting components up to 70mm in height without Z-axis movement, enhancing inspection speed and productivity by approximately 30%.

MV-3 OMNI Benchtop 3D AOI System

The MV-3 OMNI Benchtop 3D AOI System shares hardware and software compatibility with MIRTEC’s in-line OMNI- VISION® 3D Inspection Systems. This system combines a 15MP CoaXPress Camera with Digital Tri-Frequency Moiré 3D Technology, offering precise height measurement data to detect defects such as lifted components and solder volume post-reflow.

GENESYS-CC Conformal Coating Inspection AOI

The GENESYS-CC features a 15MP camera, a 15µm lens, and a 10-phase coaxial color lighting system with UV lights. This high-resolution system provides accurate and fast inspection of conformal coatings, measuring thicknesses from 10µm to 1,000µm and offering double-sided PCB inspection with an optional flip conveyor.

GENESYS-AUTO 3D Inspection System

Specifically developed for the Automotive Electronics Industry, the GENESYS-AUTO 3D Inspection System includes a 12MP CoaXPress Camera, a 15µm Precision Telecentric Lens, an advanced nine-phase RGB Lighting System, and a Programmable Multi-Focus Z-Axis System. It can measure connector pins up to 50mm tall, detecting defects such as missing pins and pin offsets with extreme accuracy.

SPI System and Smart Factory Automation

MIRTEC’s MS-11 3D SPI System, featuring 15MP or 25MP CoaXPress camera technology, offers superior image quality, accuracy, and inspection rates. The system is IPC CFX compliant and includes upstream and downstream Closed-loop feedback, with a new ‘Quick Tracker’ function linking SPI results to AOI’s GUI for enhanced inspection efficiency.

MIRTEC’s AI-based Smart Factory Automation solution, ‘INTELLI-PRO’, improves performance and convenience across its AOI machines.
