This 1,600-square-foot facility is strategically designed to serve the growing demands of Essemtec’s North American customer base and to support its expanding operations.

With the latest technology, including the Puma All-in-One, FOX All-in-One, and the Lizard reflow oven, as well as inspection equipment, this center marks a significant milestone in Essemtec’s commitment to innovation and customer support.

The Newton demo center is more than just a showroom; it’s a hub for innovation, training, and collaboration. As Essemtec continues to grow, the need for a larger space became apparent. “We outgrew our previous facility, and this new location allows us to support customer demo requests, host internal training sessions, and offer additional training options for both our customers and reps,” said Bryce Timms, Director of Essemtec Americas.

The demo center provides Essemtec's customers and partners with hands-on access to the company’s latest equipment, enabling them to test solutions in a real-world environment.

From pick-and-place to reflow soldering and inspection, the facility offers a full suite of equipment for end-to-end PCB processing. Customers can bring their boards, samples, and data to conduct benchmark tests and demo evaluations, gaining valuable insights into how Essemtec’s solutions can address their specific manufacturing challenges.

In addition to hands-on demos, the facility includes meeting rooms and office spaces for Essemtec engineers, creating an ideal setting for collaboration and technical support. This combination of resources underscores Essemtec’s commitment to educating the SMT industry and providing unparalleled customer service.
