CRANSTON, RI – Federal Electronics, a leader in providing advanced electronic manufacturing services, is pleased to announce the appointment of William (Will) Oliver as Vice President of Business Development. Oliver brings over 30 years of experience in driving business growth, building market presence, and managing high-performing teams in the electronics manufacturing industry.

In his new role, Oliver will oversee the development and execution of Federal Electronics' business strategies, focusing on expanding market share and strengthening customer relationships across key industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Industrial sectors.

Oliver joins Federal Electronics following a distinguished career at Virtex Enterprises, where he most recently served as Vice President of Business Development. At Virtex, he successfully managed a seven-person business development team, spearheaded strategic pipeline growth exceeding $300 million, and expanded the company’s market presence through innovative customer engagement strategies. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles at KeyTronicEMS, Hunting Innova, and Flextronics, where he played pivotal roles in driving revenue growth, customer diversification, and process improvements.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of numerous professional and alumni organizations, including the 12th Man Foundation and Texas A&M Chancellor’s Council, and has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to leadership and community engagement.
