The 7742-74 and 7745-74 durable adhesive transfer tapes come in 0.002" and 0.005" versions, respectively, for use in automotive, electronics and general industrial applications. Consist of pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive and reportedly provide shear strengths at temperatures up to 300ºF. The polyester fiber reinforcement is said to provide roll stability when slit to widths of 1/8". Adhesion to metals and plastics.
