Sherlock-300F automated optical inspection is for first-article inspection, prototyping, and full production inspection requirements. Features same technology as batch and inline models, in a smaller (24" x 30") size. Built-in board transport automatically adjusts to board width. Includes programming with CAD and pick-and-place data conversion, extensive parts library data. RGB lighting enables inspection of solder fillets for volume and shape. Component placement and positioning is inspected using white lighting. Provides print defect reports with images from the AOI screen.
