Custom wave solder nozzles for Pillarhouse’s line of selective soldering machines includes Synchrodex, Handex, Jade, GEM, Orissa, MPR and Topaz-E. Can apply flux and solder consistently to component leads without disturbing nearby SMT components. Help replace hand soldering and eliminate defects caused by wave soldering machines.
Pillarhouse All-Purpose (AP-1) nozzles also are offered in standard and custom lengths, available from 2.5 to 12mm.
