ALPS places pre-printed labels from an automatic feeder on a printed circuit board. Uses a two-stage, width-adjustable variable speed AC motor conveyor. Runs inline; handles up to four feeders at a time. Features include label placement accuracy of 0.1mm; U-axis rotation; optional features of barcode reader and multiple label feeders; pneumatic stopper; max. panel size of 500mm x 500mm (one stage) and 320mm x 500mm (two stage); placement speed of 1000mm/sec.; repeatability of +/- 0.1mm; placement accuracy of 200mm/sec. max.; standard servo motor (360°); max. speed of 1.0m/s; manipulator repeatability of ±0.1mm, and manipulator accuracy  of ±0.015mm.
