X-Scope x-ray systems are customizable; can mix and match cabinets, x-ray tubes, x-ray detectors and image processing features. Feature five machine platforms to accommodate printed circuit board, medical device, solar panel, metal casting, LED, automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Include 90kv to 130kv micro-focus x-ray tubes (down to 5µm focal spot); programmable motion control (up to 6 axis manipulation); inspection and measurement software, and digital flat panel image detectors (16,000 shades of grey). Front panel detector provides improved field of view and reduces inspection cycle. X-Scope 1800 features a wide inspection area with tilting x-ray tube capability. Features include 90kV-5 µm focal spot and image processing CPU with 23" LCD flat panel monitor. X-Scope 2000 features 4" x 3" high-res digital flat panel detector; 70° oblique angel viewing, and inspection stage of 22" x 21". X-Scope 6000 is a digital CNC controlled system that includes 130kV 5 µm closed x-ray tube; 5" x 5"/4" x 3" high-res digital flat panel image detector; 1,000x system magnification, and mega pixel mapping camera with zoom window.
