Fisnar Introduces Dual-Cartridge Dispensing Machine
Model DCD portable bench-mounted dispensing machine is for low volume mixing and dispensing of two-part materials supplied in dual cartridges. Includes a pneumatically actuated dual-cartridge piston dispenser; applies pressure to meter materials contained in a dual cartridge. A static mixer combines the two materials. Piston retraction control allows for loading and unloading of the cartridge. Available to suit 200ml and 400ml dual cartridges. Compact controller provides air logic functions and maintains control of air pressure to the dispenser. A pinch-valve provides drip-free dispensing of low-viscosity materials. Valve is fitted to exit tip of static mixer; operated by an air portal on the controller. Has a pneumatic foot pedal.
