Turbo-Max CCR tabletop conformal coating removal system incorporates MV-2L Micro Abrasive Blaster, Ionized Ergonomic Work Chamber, Point Ionizer at Nozzle, and a compact filter system.

All-in-one workstation fits on most benches and is designed to safely and selectively remove conformal coatings, whether from a pinpoint area to an entire printed circuit assembly. When used with electronic grade Carbo Blast 25A abrasive powder, conformal coatings can be removed without causing mechanical or ESD damage. Removes parylene, silicones, urethanes, epoxies, acrylics and more. Ionized ergonomic work chamber and grounded work surface provide exceptional ESD protection. Uses UV fluorescent light to permit easy identification of residual conformal coating, or white fluorescent bulb for normal viewing of removal process Optional arm supports.
