Master Bond EP13LTE features a low coefficient of thermal expansion of 15-20 x 10-6in/in/°C.
Is a one-part epoxy for structural bonding applications. Has glass transition temperature of approximately 160°C. Cures in 1-2 hr. at 300-350°F. Has limited flow while curing. Bonds well to metals, glass, composites, ceramics and plastics. Once cured, it has tensile lap shear strength of 2,600-2,800psi, a compressive strength of 24,000-26,000psi and a tensile modulus of 500,000-550,000psi. Can withstand 1,000 hr. at 85°C/85% RH and maintain a Shore D hardness of 90. Has a volume resistivity exceeding 1015ohm-cm. Passes ASTM E595 testing for NASA low outgassing. Is serviceable over temperature range of -60°F to +500°F. Is available in syringes, jars, ½ pints and pint containers.
