Sarcon 20YR‐c is a versatile 0.2mm film that exhibits a thermal conductivity of 4.0W/m•K and a thermal resistance of 0.12°C•in²/W.

Transfers heat from high power semiconductors and board-level components to nearby cooling heatsinks. Is a compliant, silicone thin film that eliminates near‐microscopic air pockets that exist between components. Is V‐0 rated and recommended for applications with operational temperatures that range from ‐40° to +150°C. Can be ordered in roll form up to 125mm wide or can be die‐cut to application requirements.
